Foo Fighters Take Cover Tour

Note that support for this show will be Mannequin Pussy only, no Queens of the Stone Age.

After the Everything or Nothing at All tour, the Foo Fighters will be heading out on their first major North American tour since 2026, the Take Cover Tour 2026. Kicking off in Toronto on August 4th and will travel to 12 different cities by the end of September. The band's blend of large scale stadium style rock music and small intimate club-style shows will feature high production visual elements, merchandise that is eco-friendly and marathon length performances that include 30 years worth of hits along with brand-new material.

The name of the tour is an homage to Foo Fighter's love of covers - you can expect them to play a few of their cover songs (like "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" as a tribute to Elton John) while also playing their own original hits such as "Today's Song" and "Asking for a Friend".

Foo Fighters

Starting as a solo project by Dave Grohl in his basement in 1994, with a 15-grammy award winning career and 30-million records sold, the Foo Fighters have been alt-rock's anchor for years. The song "Everlong" has become the band's greatest live show stopper and Grohl has said that it was the best song he has ever written. Foo Fighters also achieved success with songs such as "Learn to Fly", which reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart and earned them multiple Grammy awards, and "Best of You" which peaked at #18 and earned a tribute from Prince during the halftime show at the Superbowl.

In addition to their successes throughout the years, the Foo Fighters have had hits like "The Pretender," "Monkey Wrench," "My Hero," "All My Life," and "Walk." The band recorded their most recent album Wasting Light in Grohl's garage using analog tape, and it won an award for Best Rock Album. With the new drummer, Ilan Rubin, who brings some of the same precision and intensity of Nine Inch Nails' music to the chaos of the Foo Fighters live shows, fans can expect two hours of energy and excitement in a crowded room under the 117-foot high roof of the Fargodome.

Mannequin Pussy

In Philadelphia bedrooms since 2010, Mannequin Pussy took an unrefined name and made it into a call for action to fight against sexism through punk rock music. Their song "Romantic" made Rolling Stone's Top 15 songs of 2016. "Drunk II", and their most recent release "I Got Heaven" (2024), are full of raw energy and anger as they express resilience.

From being signed to Epitaph Records' Patience to the divine anger of I Got Heaven, Mannequin Pussy combines the emotional depth of Emo with the anger of Hardcore and Indie pop melodies. Live Mannequin Pussy is like taking an adrenaline nap and immediately igniting - lead singer Marisa Dabice leaps, the crowd erupts in cheers, the ceiling explodes.

Fargodome

Since 1992, the Fargodome has been Fargo’s beating heart — 18,700 seats, 25,000+ for concerts, and nearly a million bricks strong. Home to NDSU Bison football (9 FCS titles), it’s hosted Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, AC/DC, and the USA Wrestling Nationals for 25 years.

AstroTurf since 2012, Magic Carpet system for fast changeovers, and tailgate lots that open Friday for Bison openers. In 2006, fans ate 25,504 hot dogs — enough to stretch from West Acres to Flying J.

This is the only dome on the Take Cover Tour — no weather, no mercy, just pure rock under a hard roof.
